Junior Helpdesk Desktop Technician

We’re looking for a Junior Helpdesk Desktop Technician to join our successful team. The successful candidate will have helpdesk, onsite knowledge & experience and will be responsible for:

Onsite Desktop and network support
First and second line Remote helpdesk support

Minimum job competencies/requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical role

  • Proven knowledge on all Microsoft technologies

  • Open Source Knowledge

  • Network, WAN, LAN and Wireless technologies

  • Experience with MAC’s advantageous
